The Art Of Flint Knapping Video Companion DVD. The next best thing to a live knapping demonstration is a video. Here, D. C. Waldorf uses his skills to bring to life the techniques illustrated in his books. Both the books and the video have become classics but still remain the most powerful stand-alone teaching tools in the business. The original footage was shot and first produced as a video tape in 1993. In 2006 it was digitized and computer re-edited for distribution as a DVD with titles linking the scenes to the chapters and figures of the 4th and 5th editions of The Art Of Flintknapping book. Since the inception of the new revised and expanded 6th edition the old video titles no longer match up. At this time there are no plans to re-shoot, or re-edit this classic. Therefore, a correction sheet has been included in the case with the DVD. Even with the titles no longer in sync with the new book it is quite obvious what is being shown and discussed.
