25 D-797 MINI TYPE IV DANISH BOOT DAGGER Made from raw Georgetown flint. This mini dagger was salvaged from the handle end of a much larger dagger that broke in half in the early stages of manufacture. It still has cortex left on the pommel end and fairly decent stitching down the center of the handle on the show side. Though the material was pretty tough this is the best I could do with what I had left! Note, it is initialed on the back side and both the lithic unit number for the year [416] and the dagger serial number [797] are also there with the date. It was late when I finished this piece and I was a bit punchy and messed up the numbers.   Length, 4 1/2 inches. Price, $75.
