Shipping

U.S ORDERS

All pre-payed orders are usually shipped the next day unless it is over a weekend, or we are on a trip. Shipping is by way of the United States Postal Service using Media, First Class, or Priority. The mode of shipping will be determined by the size and makeup of the order. A flat fee of up to $8.00 will be charged for all orders shipped in the US. If not satisfied, merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, not including the cost of shipping.

FOREIGN ORDERS

Policy For Foreign Orders! At this time, due to the very low volume of foreign orders and the hassle associated with them, I am only accepting those from within the US. If an overseas or Canadian order is placed, it will be promptly canceled and a refund sent. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. However, keep in mind that some of my products are available from other sources who may be able to help you.

If you are paying with a check or money order by way of snail mail, please make it payable to D.C. Waldorf, then send it as soon as possible, keeping in mind that your letter may spend three or four days in transit, depending on where in the US it was sent.  All Reserved items, points off Flint Jack's Gallery in particular, will be held for 10 days from the day ordered. If no payment is received within that period, the items will be returned to the site unless an additional time extension is requested.
