26-50 CALF CREEK POINT made from heat treated Burlington chert. When found the vast majority of these points have been re-sharpened by beveling and may have one, or both barbs broken off! This one is like when first made with full blade and barbs intact. The reason for the super deep notches is that the lashings are kept inside so the barbs are free, thus extending the cutting edges of the blade.
